Getting an offer
Nothing, at any stage. Valuation is free, postage to us is free, and there is no commission taken off your payment.
Postage and delivery
We do. When you accept an offer you confirm the size and weight of your packed parcel, and we email you a prepaid, tracked label for it. You print it, attach it, and drop the parcel off. There is nothing to pay at the counter.
Getting paid
On the same working day we verify your item. Verification normally happens within one working day of your parcel arriving, so most sellers are paid within 48 hours of posting.
If something changes
We photograph the discrepancy, explain it, and send you a revised offer. You are free to accept it or decline it. If you decline, we post the item back to you free of charge on a tracked service.
